WHAT'S ON MY IPAD? LanceeDumcee

Today's blog I wanna show you what's inside my iPad and of course discuss their uses, these apps are really useful to your education and business. For now, I'll disregard some cliche apps like facebook, instagram or google so on and so forth...



Here are my list of apps that I use everyday..




1. TOPNOTES - Free

This app is all over on my iPads, you can use this to draw your insights and write notes about your lessons in school, yes there is notes that is built in for your iPad but this app has more features and more pens that you can use. Another feature that I like is the leaf styles, unlike the notes that has only 1, this app have more than 10. You can get this for free or purchase is for $2.99.





2. MERRIAM-WEBSTER'S DICTIONARY- Free

Of course you should get dictionary to increase and widen your vocabulary skills. Quizzes are also installed in here to test your vocabulary like True Or False, Name That Thing, How Strong Is Your Vocabulary and many more. You can also install some dictionaries but for me this is the best!




3. YOUNOW- Free

To make myself entertained, I installed younow, basically this is a live streaming app that you can use to entertain people around the globe. I use to livestream when I'm board but I admit it I'm not really famous in here but I have a couple of loyal fans. I need to tell you a secret, you can earn money on this app by partnership, you can make like up to $20 depending on how many likes and new fans you have during your broadcast. This can kill BOREDOM!




4. GMAIL- Free

Every student needs to have an email, for me Gmail is the best because it's easy to use and no doubt many people use it. Some features are not on the mobile but it is user friendly. Its disadvantage is you can't see some of your emails that is on your laptop so you should open your laptop everyday to check some of the emails that are not on your iPad. But still this is an amazing app when in school.



5. VAINGLORY- Free

This is the best online game that i've played on my iPad. The graphics is so astonishing that gamers are so addicted in this game, you can also play with bots but that's only for beginners. Whenever it's our break time in our school, we play this game. But you should know your time because once you leave a game, you can be banned. Thumbs Up to this game.




6. SHARE IT- Free

I've installed this app because I have an android phone, this can be used to transfer files between IOS and Android. Photos, videos, musics and documents can be transferred but it can be very slow because it requires an internet connection, not like airdrop you can use it without WI-FI. So I only recommend this when you have an Android device. Still an amazing app!



7. HELLOTALK- Free

This is an amazing app if you're a passionate language learner, I really like to learn Spanish so I've installed this app. You can not only learn a language in this app but you can also make friends in here. Currently, I have 5 friends in Spain and they are also a friend of mine on facebook. Different kinds of languages are here in this app. Also if you would like to help someone with your expertise on a certain language, you can do it here. Passion is needed to learn a language!




8. SOUNDCLOUD- Free

In my opinion, every student need this after school to boost their mood and have an appetite to review their lessons at home. Basically this app has many musics and most of them are remixes and dubsteps. I also use this app whenever my cousins come into my house to make it fun and enjoyable. I also use this in school whenever the teacher is not yet in our classroom. So yeah musically that's it!




9. ADBLOCK PLUS- Free

I don't know if this app is an app or an extension. This app is very useful to me because personally I don't like ads that are eventually popping on my screens and some ads that are not pleasing to the eye. Ads makes your device slower and also can be a virus or a bug that can damage your iPad, I heard the news about the iPad viruses so I immediately installed this app to prevent it from them.

5 Unforgettable Places In The Philippines You Need To Visit

Though countless places are so amazingly loved by me and other tourists in the Philippines, I've only selected 5 that are not only amazing and lovely but UNFORGETTABLE that are personally travelled by me.

These are the places you should visit now!




1. BANGUI

This is the perfect place that you should visit when summer strikes in the Philippines, though it is not really popular to go into, I recommend this place because I feel that my soul is in peace. 1 factor of this place is there are only few people who are travelling here that I liked the most.

You don't know how I loved this place. Actually my time here is only 3 hours because it is only a side trip.... Of course I bought some souvenirs like a wooden windmill which I enjoyed especially when I play it in a windy place.

The second time we went in this place was more fun because there, we ate our lunch and swim as long as we want...Not to mention, we also made a vlog.

Bangui Windmills

These windmills are very popular in the Philippines, they generate electricity from wind energy. At least I've bought a souvenir even though I didn't get a real windmill....

2. PAGUDPUD, ILOCOS NORTE

This place is also cold like Bangui and it is so popular for many tourists. Some resorts are just there sitting around the hood but the resort we chose was Hannah's....

Hannah's Beach Resort

This resort is recommended from the people around Ilocos Norte because of their great service and GOOD FOOD... Yes, it is fun and affordable. (JUST SAYING..ABSOLUTELY NOT PROMOTING IT)

But the best EXPERIENCE that we encountered in this place was in this Bridge..

Exactly in this bridge, I took a selfie with my family and it was a near death experience because there were many trucks that are passing by and because we got no souvenirs, we just took a picture of ourselves. 

Looking at its blue ocean, strong waves, and the splash sound of the ocean is enough to say that it is more fun in the Philippines.

3. VIGAN, ILOCOS SUR

This place is very memorable and is common to all tourists that wants to visit the Philippines...I've been here in this place for so many times but its nature never change...

 I'll be giving all the spots that I've seen and tell you what to experience..

First, The zoo of Vigan City or commonly known as THE BALUARTE

     

For me, this is the cleanest and the most convincing zoo I've seen in my life, and there are so many rare animals and most of them are only seen in Africa. Also 1 characteristic of an animal here is they're super friendly especially the parrots that are complimenting how we look...Seriously, they're lovely.

Disclaimer: There are no Dinosaurs in the zoo so it is safe to go there.

There are also Ponies that you can ride for a round. You can also give plants to the Ostriches and to the Goats. But you can't give food to the tigers and lions.

Then they've also added a museum that is full of endangered animal heads, full skin of lions, tigers and rhinos. There is also whole bodies of rare animals but actually I don't know their names.

2nd on my list is The Hidden Garden...

3rd on my list is the Dancing fountain in Plaza Salcedo which is my favorite place.

And finally the most popular and the most unforgettable place in my life is The CALLE CRISOLOGO which is included in the 7 wonders of the world..

And of course there are many more...And I'm looking forward that I will see all of the wonderful spots of Vigan City!

2. BAGUIO CITY

When I was 3 years old I travelled this very cold city here in the Philippines. I saw all the tourist attractions as well as The Mansion which is the house of the president when it's summer. There's so much memories on this place but I'm 3 years old when I travelled this so I can only remember few things about this place....

First we went to find a hotel but it's all fully booked so we ended up in the Teacher's Camp.. And it's funny that I was a kid and don't know about its backstory.. They said it was creepy but guess what? It doesn't..what's more creepy is when you have no hotel to go into..

Then in the morning, we took a picture of the mansion with my dad but sorry the picture is lost. But here's what it look like..

And sadly we aren't allowed to go inside because it's only the president who can come in there...

And finally on my last memory was I went to Burnham Park to ride a boat and took a picture of the dog named Saint Bernard but I don't know if he is still alive on these days but he's a lovely dog and considered a tourist attraction because of his popularity...

So that is all of my memory on Baguio City...Hope I was 15 back then..

1. MANILA

Had you heard the song Manila? If not then I will tell you what's so special about it...Manila is the capital city of the Philippines so it is so populous around here... It was so fun in here, I promise. But I only recommend this place if you are into shopping, there are so many malls in Manila and most of them are SM owned by Henry Sy...

When I hear Manila, I can almost hear SHOPPPINGGG and EATTINGGG...

The most popular monument in Manila is the Luneta Park or Bagumbayan back then...Jose rizal's monument is located in here. Jose Rizal is the Philippine National hero. People with old cameras will ask you "Gusto nyo po ba ng letrato"? It means "do you want to take a picture" in English.. then they'll take a picture of you and you should pay them 25 pesos for each photo..Don't worry they're kind and it means you're helping them in their life...

Personally, my favorite hotel is Eurotel because of its Baroque designs.. 

Manila is really fun for people who loves shopping that's why Philippines is called the King Of Malls here in Asia..

13 Reasons Why Series Review

I know some of you guys is very curious about this series because it so popular nowadays and its topic is about suicide which is also the problem of the society today...

How about I discuss and review this series and show you guys my insights about this series.

13 Reasons Why

So basically, Clay Jensen is the main character here, he was given tapes which Hannah Baker recorded andhe have to listen to know what are the reasons why she had committed suicide. Each tape will be given to the people who Hannah Baker knew and did bad things to her when she was alive. So there are 7 tapes with 2 sides each but on the 7th tape, side B is empty..

So my question here was WHY HANNAH BAKER DID IT?

Why did she committed suicide when she can just settle it and just talk to her parents about her problems.. Nowadays, teenagers don't settle their problems to their parents but to their friends..But because Hannah has only one friend but that friend was angry at her which was Clay, she doesn't have a person he can rely into.

There are these people who did bad things to her, from verbal bullying to physical bullying to embarrassment in which resulted to death, these people are doing everything to make the tapes gone and not be passed from one person to another. So the people who Hannah included on the tapes are forced to confess what did they do to her and why are they included on the cause of Hannah's death on the last episode.

And I'm still confused why Alex Standall shot his own self in the head, is it because he was guilty because that he was included on Hannah's tapes? or is it because Bryce was blackmailing him? I really don't know.

Frankly, at first I was really angry on the plot of the story because of the cause of her death, it keeps tingling on my mind why she didn't told her problems on her parents but when I watched the 12th episode of the series, I'm convinced enough why she ended her life. 12th episode was really brutal to me but no Spoiler.......

I thought there will be a shocking twist on the series but there was none.

For me this series deserve a 2nd season because of the lack of story and lack of information... I'm looking ahead what will Mr. Porter do when he start listening to all of the tapes.

Rating this series I will give it...

7/10

SOLVED: STRANGE COORDINATES ON DAN BROWN'S "THE DA VINCI CODE"

I've always wanted to have the book "The Da Vinci Code" so I ordered on a shop but sadly there are no stocks available, so it took me a year to search and find this book and surprisingly, I found a limited edition hardbound book that costs around 20 dollars.......

So after I finished reading it, I found cryptic numbers located at the right side of the book, and I realized that the numbers tend to be the coordinates...

The Coordinates are 55,8554 °N , 3, 1602 °W

It's so strange that I feel like I wanna investigate it.. what could it be?

Dan Brown wrote the coordinates on purpose so it should surprise me if I find it out

Could it be a treasure that is hidden for years?

OR IS IT THE HOLY GRAIL?????

After hours of searching I have found potential places that can fit exactly the coordinates...

I have found Bars and drinks when you locate it to UK

I found a pure green grass if you locate it into Asia

But the most convincing LOCATION that I found was

The ROSSLYN CHAPEL

55.8554 °N , 3.1602 °W
Rosslyn Chapel

The Rosslyn Chapel in the book was said to be the chapel where the Holy Grail was located before it was transfered on the Louvre Museum.

Time to say this, THE BLOGGERS OUT THERE ARE OVER THINKING WHAT IT'S HIDING

Conclusion: The Coordinates which are 55.8554 °N , 3.1602 °W locates to the Rosslyn Chapel

Why Spend Your Money On Travelling?

WHY SPEND YOUR MONEY ON TRAVELLING?

Many people like something that make them happy and those are the liabilities like gadgets, some kind of dresses, bags, perfumes, shoes and stuff. But for me the best experience is what you will experience on travelling around the world...

1.  BECAUSE LIABILITIES SUCK!

Why would you spend your money on liabilities that someday it'll be gone forever? Why would you buy some expensive shit to comfort your soul? What are the benefits of buying expensive shirt worth $800 where you can just wear a $20 shirt, same as shoes. These are just some questions that keeps tickling my mind when I buy some expensivest shit on malls and I'm not saying that you shouldn't get liabilities like the gadgets that we use everyday, I'm saying that you should't buy some expensive gadgets that'll soon be old enough to carry out it's task.... So just spend your money on travelling!

2.  EXPERIENCE IS EXPERIENCE

Mt. Fuji

There are so many places to spend your money on, like Japan where you can visit the Mt.Fuji.

Eifell Tower

And of course in France where you can take pictures of the popular Eifell Tower.

These are the only 2 wonderful places that you can visit right now without spending your money on liabillities.

There are many places you can visit around the world, but first you should save your money and buy some cheap things that you need.

3. TRAVEL BLOG IS AWESOME!

Having a travel blog makes people know what you're up to, you can share some memories on people that wants to visit a certain place. Also you help some people who are in doubt on visiting such place.

Blogging nowadays is fun and interesting especially the people who are really passionate in it. Taking pictures on popular churches, things and artifacts from museums can also be really helpful on your blog

Travel Blog make you busy whenever you're bored especially when there are people who are starting to like your blogs.

4.  YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE

Life is short and you should enjoy it while you're here. God has a reason why you're here, and it is travelling the world to see his creatures. Many people have dreamt of travelling around the world but they have no money to do so, you wanna know why? It's because they spend it on liabilities instead of travelling. 

One day, when you're already old, you'll be regretting on not travelling such places that you see only on magazines and newspapers, trust me, it's not easy to regret so if you're really into it then you should go and take the PLANE!

5.  LEARNING SOME LANGUAGES IS AWESOME!

Starting to learn some new languages like Spanish, Korean, Filipino, and Italian makes you wanna travel different countries, there are 200+ countries and it'll make you feel like you wanna travel all of these and learn their languages.

But learning new and unfamillar languages is really hard and you should be really passionate about it and not give up. 

What I recommend to you to learn now is Spanish which is spoken by 400 million people and Italian same as Spanish in terms of level of difficulty.

Whenever you come in Europe, majority of the people speak in Spanish and Italian so START LEARNING NOW!

6. SOUVENIRS ARE TREASURE.

Gathering some souvenirs like refrigerator magnets, dolls and wooden artworks are just proof that you've been in such place.

Believe me, all travelers collect more than 20 souvenirs in a country. 

Giving away on friends makes them happy but be careful, whenever they'll hear a news that you're going to a different country, they'll keep telling you that you should buy them some souvenirs...

7. FAMILY BONDING

Lastly, the most powerful reason is FAMILY BONDING. 

Being with your family when travelling is more fun than travelling alone, passion comes here, and enjoyment exist when you're with them.

Second, they're there to guide you and most importantly, treat you when you want to eat on such restaurants, that means you don't need your savings to spend on it.

Being with them makes you feel you're safe and warm. Trust me, you'll not get in trouble.

These are just some of my REASONS of SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON TRAVELLING!

How To Live a Healthier Life

Living a healthy life isn't really easy as 1..2..3, there are some circumstances in which you feel down, many people can judge anybody that if anyone experience such thing, he or will feel negative. Life has always two choices, ups and downs, mistakes and achievements, healthy and unhealthy, love and hate, worse or better and many more. But I'll be showing you how to have self confidence, how to be postive and HOW TO LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE.

Here are some of it,

1. PAST IS PAST...

    

    Remember this words, you should forget all the negativity that you experienced before, reflect and learn from them, when you have a mistake from your past or you did something embarassing that you can't forget, you should forget them now because we can't bring it back, our powerful weapon for now is to move on from the past. 

Yes, I've experienced an embarassing moment in my life which I'll say later in my future blogs, I did experienced not sleeping properly at night, can't review properly because I always think of that, being pale always and I can't avoid teases from my friends but my mom told me that "PAST IS PAST WE CAN'T BRING IT BACK, HAVE A NEW DAY". 

From that, I learned to forget my past.

2. BASHERS CAN'T HELP...

    Other people who can destroy can't do anything in your life unless you listen to them, jealous people can sometimes spread some false stories about you, and the most savage moment is that they did a wrong thing and they point it at you.

 Sometimes I experience people bashing me because of a big achievement that I've achieve, being an honor student in my school, and having a talent that they've never had. I sometimes think what is their problem with me, I didn't do anything wrong with them, I didn't know them, I didn't have a relationship with them but they keep on backstabbing me. 

But you know I always think that I know why are they doing that, it's because they're jealous on me and they can't achieve what I'm right now. So my advice is don't mind them and just be positive with everything you do.

3. FORGIVE AND FORGET...

    Forgiving people that had hurted you from the past days or years in your life is the best action that you can take now and forgetting what they did to you. Religionically, (I dont know if this word exist), "Forgive others as the Lord God forgives you". Yes, if they apologize and if even they don't, just forgive and forget.

4. DEVELOP SOME TALENT...

   It depends on the talent that you like but in this case,

 I prefer developing some musical skills like playing piano, violin, and guitar, these instruments are the easiest to play for me.

 Playing some musical instruments has also benefits on your state of mind, it also attract some people because many of them think that you're very unique from all of them. 

When you have programs in school, you can use this talent as a form of not only attracting people but being yourself and let people know who you really are. It also boosts your self confidence because you'll think that you're different from other people... 

Believe Me!

5. VISIT THE CHURCH ONCE A WEEK

    Yes we need to visit the church every Sunday or on which day you are free. Believing in God makes your life healthy and fruitful. When I visit the church on Sundays, I feel fullfilling and it's like God is protecting and guiding me all the way to achieve a good life.







So here's my 5 tips to stay strong and to live a healthier life, with these you'll gain more confidence and the power to make people believe in you..
