How To Live a Healthier Life

Living a healthy life isn't really easy as 1..2..3, there are some circumstances in which you feel down, many people can judge anybody that if anyone experience such thing, he or will feel negative. Life has always two choices, ups and downs, mistakes and achievements, healthy and unhealthy, love and hate, worse or better and many more. But I'll be showing you how to have self confidence, how to be postive and HOW TO LIVE A HEALTHIER LIFE.

Here are some of it,


1. PAST IS PAST...
    
    Remember this words, you should forget all the negativity that you experienced before, reflect and learn from them, when you have a mistake from your past or you did something embarassing that you can't forget, you should forget them now because we can't bring it back, our powerful weapon for now is to move on from the past. 

Yes, I've experienced an embarassing moment in my life which I'll say later in my future blogs, I did experienced not sleeping properly at night, can't review properly because I always think of that, being pale always and I can't avoid teases from my friends but my mom told me that "PAST IS PAST WE CAN'T BRING IT BACK, HAVE A NEW DAY". 

From that, I learned to forget my past.




2. BASHERS CAN'T HELP...

    Other people who can destroy can't do anything in your life unless you listen to them, jealous people can sometimes spread some false stories about you, and the most savage moment is that they did a wrong thing and they point it at you.

 Sometimes I experience people bashing me because of a big achievement that I've achieve, being an honor student in my school, and having a talent that they've never had. I sometimes think what is their problem with me, I didn't do anything wrong with them, I didn't know them, I didn't have a relationship with them but they keep on backstabbing me. 

But you know I always think that I know why are they doing that, it's because they're jealous on me and they can't achieve what I'm right now. So my advice is don't mind them and just be positive with everything you do.




3. FORGIVE AND FORGET...

    Forgiving people that had hurted you from the past days or years in your life is the best action that you can take now and forgetting what they did to you. Religionically, (I dont know if this word exist), "Forgive others as the Lord God forgives you". Yes, if they apologize and if even they don't, just forgive and forget.




4. DEVELOP SOME TALENT...

   It depends on the talent that you like but in this case,

 I prefer developing some musical skills like playing piano, violin, and guitar, these instruments are the easiest to play for me.

 Playing some musical instruments has also benefits on your state of mind, it also attract some people because many of them think that you're very unique from all of them. 

When you have programs in school, you can use this talent as a form of not only attracting people but being yourself and let people know who you really are. It also boosts your self confidence because you'll think that you're different from other people...

5. VISIT THE CHURCH ONCE A WEEK

    Yes we need to visit the church every Sunday or on which day you are free. Believing in God makes your life healthy and fruitful. When I visit the church on Sundays, I feel fullfilling and it's like God is protecting and guiding me all the way to achieve a good life.







So here's my 5 tips to stay strong and to live a healthier life, with these you'll gain more confidence and the power to make people believe in you..
